1.Where do we ship?

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5-9 business days (this is not including the weekend). Any orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out on Monday.

We do offer 1 day shipping as well. Any orders placed on any day will be shipped out same day. Any orders made after 4pm Central time will be sent out next day due to postal drop off time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently due to the Covid-19 and Monkeypox Pandemic we are not accepting any all returns. Most sales are final. We hope that you understand this for the time being for this will change in the future.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a La Creme gift card. Returns are processed within 5-9 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. After reviewing your item we will determine if the refund request is valid.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

 

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
